Hashbrown Casserole

32 oz of cubed hashbrowns
8oz of sour cream
a bag of shredded cheese
a handful of frozen onions(I dont use many onions instead I put in a little onion powder)
1/2 of cup melted butter
1/4 t. salt and pepper
a can of cream of chicken soup

Mix all this together in 9x13 greased dish and bake on 350 for 45 minutes!
It is yummy

You can also add in a can of chedder cheese soup!
