Crock Pot Beef Sroganoff

2 lbs cubed stew meat
1 small can mushrooms with juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1/4 cup Minute Tapioca
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of red wine (or water)

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over egg noodles or rice.
